Recognizing the growing digital nomad movement, Gold Beach Hotel partnered with Casa Marianas to transform the property into a hybrid hospitality and workspace ecosystem unlike anything else in the region.
Our Mission
To make Saipan one of the most inspiring, accessible, and productive destinations for remote workers and long-term travelers — while supporting economic diversity and entrepreneurship in the CNMI.
Our Story
Casa Marianas was conceived by Blaine Graboyes, a former digital nomad who now calls the CNMI home. After evaluating global trends and local opportunities, he envisioned a hospitality model built around work, community, and long-term living.
With Gold Beach Hotel’s commitment to renewal and innovation, Casa Marianas became possible — blending refreshed rooms, co-working, startup-friendly programming, and concierge services into one integrated experience.

The Vision
By the end of 2026, all 51 rooms at Gold Beach Hotel will be upgraded, co-working will expand, and Casa Marianas will introduce a café, rooftop events, and new guest experiences — establishing Saipan as a global digital nomad destination.
