Casa House Rules

Membership is based upon and requires adherence to these standards and rules to safeguard the use and enjoyment of Casa Marianas by Members and their guests.

Our Nine Casa Rules

  1. Be Polite, Calm, & Kind

Say Please and Thank You. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Please don’t rush about. Take your time to do an excellent job. Make everyone feel welcome. Assume the best of others and help your community foster the best together.

  1. Community & Network

Community is the cornerstone of Casa Marianas, which includes our extended families and network. We aim to create and maintain close-knit relationships, emphasizing collective responsibility and mutual support

  1. Hospitality & Generosity

We’re all hosts at Casa Marianas and we welcome all guests with generosity and kindness. This includes members from reputable like-minded clubs, co-working spaces, and incubators who are treated as guests in our home.

  1. Respect For Others

At Casa Marianas, we place a high value on respect for others, especially their language, traditions, and culture. This respect especially extends to our elders and mentors, who share their advice, wisdom, and experience.

  1. Privacy Is Expected

No photos / video without express permission. No calls in shared public spaces. We follow Chatham House Rules in an effort to ensure confidentiality for everyone. Solicitation of any kind is not accepted.

  1. Personal Responsibility

Act as an owner. We’re all owners! Be welcoming to other Members and Guests. Mind the rubbish and encourage others to respect the commons. Follow the Golden Rule. Your home will reflect your contribution and consideration. 

  1. Stringent Compliance

Given the nature of services provided, Casa Marianas follows the highest level of compliance to ensure integrity for all Members. Please respect the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other legal requirements.

  1. Meaningful Contribution 

We’re here to make an impact and we hope you are too. Casa Marianas is designed to provide the resources for each of us to make our greatest contributions and create maximum Prosperancy – our maximum impact per capita.

At Casa Marianas, we strive to provide world-class products and services to the greatest extent of our resources and abilities. Our approach is “Fewest, Best.” If we can do anything to improve your experience, please let us know.

Ombudsman Policy

The Casa Marianas is an independent, confidential, and impartial resource available to members who wish to raise concerns, resolve disputes, or seek guidance regarding their experience at the Property.
