Private Offices
Overlooking the Pacific Ocean (not shown), each Private Office provides a dedicated, enclosed workspace for small groups and companies who want a consistent place to work. Minimum booking is three (3) months.
Each air conditioned office includes desks and chairs for four (4) people along with additional storage and TV for video conferencing. A hot/cold water dispenser with unlimited use will be available, and members may keep personal work items in their office and set up the space however they like to best support their day-to-day work.
The office is suitable for deep work, phone calls, and video meetings, and is supported by the same 5GB fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
Members also have access to the open co-working space during operating hours, as well as shared amenities including printing, scanning, and notary support.

Conference Rooms
The Conference Room at Casa Marianas is a place for conversations that matter—where ideas are shaped, decisions are made, and people come together with purpose.
Set apart from the open co-working areas, the room offers a private, enclosed environment designed for focus and thoughtful exchange. It comfortably seats 4 to 10 people and supports in-person meetings, planning sessions, and remote collaboration, all powered by high-speed, business-class internet available throughout the property. Plus, unlimited hot/cold water will be available by a water dispenser.
Whether you’re gathering during the day or meeting after hours, the space is well suited to longer conversations that benefit from being uninterrupted. After-hours use is permitted, and light food and drinks are welcome, allowing meetings to unfold at a natural pace.
