We use stable fiber internet with redundant backups and floor-level access points. The connection is engineered specifically for Zoom, calls, and high-bandwidth remote work.
Do you have coworking spaces or shared areas?
Yes. We offer peaceful shared areas designed for quiet focus, but most guests prefer their private deep-work rooms since they’re optimized for productivity.
Can I extend my stay after arriving?

No. Saipan has very little nightlife and almost no scooter culture. Our area is naturally quiet.
