The Founder’s Floor is a private, penthouse-level experience created for the very first people who believe in Casa Marianas.
As a Founder, you’ll be part of a limited group of early residents and local supporters who help shape Casa Marianas from the beginning. Access to the Founder’s Floor is intentionally limited and will not expand over time. This offering exists to recognize your early commitment and role in the community during its earliest chapter.
The Founder’s Floor is designed as a space where you can work, reflect, and connect. It includes private founder rooms, a penthouse lounge reserved exclusively for founders, and access to gatherings and events curated specifically for this group. It’s a place where you can spend time with others who are invested in building something meaningful.
You’ll also get early entry to new products and services as Casa Marianas evolves, along with recognition that extends beyond any single stay or membership period.
Lastly, all Resident and Local Founders are permanently recognized on a commemorative plaque displayed on the penthouse floor of Casa Marianas as a lasting acknowledgment to those who believed early, showed up fully, and helped shape what comes next.
